The price per couple is £295, when taught in small groups. 

The price includes HypnoBirthing book, HypnoBirthing CD, additional literature plus coaching.

Please be aware that full commitment to the program is required by each couple, to participate and practice the techniques together, to ensure a fulfilling and gentle birthing. 

As a Mum-to-Be you can claim a one-off £190, tax-free payment called 'Health in Pregnancy Grant', to help you with costs in the run up to your baby's birth.
