Meditation is now in the evening

This is an open group, all meditation styles are welcome.  It is an opportunity to be with each other and experience inner calm and stillness.  Focus is on the breath and mindful awareness - a great way to start your day!

You may call me the day before to confirm you are coming, or turn up on the day.

The next evening meditation is on Tuesday 11th November at 8pm.
